President & Founder
With over 38 years of experience building luxury homes in Scottsdale, Jeff McNeely is a second-generation builder known for his integrity, meticulous craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence. He began his career in Illinois, learning the framing trade from his father, and brought that strong foundation to Arizona, where he established McNeely Signature Homes in 1987. Every home Jeff builds carries his personal signature—a guarantee of superior quality, creative design, and client-focused service.
Jeff is hands-on throughout every phase of construction, ensuring that each home reflects not only the client’s vision but also the high standards McNeely Signature Homes is known for. His decades of experience and deep understanding of Arizona’s unique building landscape make him a trusted partner for clients seeking timeless, custom-built luxury.
Linda McNeely
Licensed Real Estate Agent & Client Liason
With over 40 years of experience as a real estate agent in Scottsdale and the surrounding areas, Linda McNeely brings invaluable market insight and personalized service to every project. Originally from Scarsdale, New York, Linda relocated to Scottsdale in 1970 and has been helping clients find, buy, and sell homes here since 1984.
Linda is known for her honesty, integrity, and client-first approach. Her sharp attention to detail and deep knowledge of local market trends allow her to guide clients with confidence—whether they’re searching for the perfect lot or selling their current home as part of a custom build. Linda’s role at McNeely Signature Homes ensures clients have a smooth, stress-free experience every step of the way.
Outside of her work, Linda remains an active member of the Scottsdale community and supports a variety of local philanthropic initiatives.
Jeremy McNeely
Superintendent
With over five years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Jeremy McNeely plays a key role in ensuring every McNeely Signature Homes project is executed with precision and care. As a Superintendent, Jeremy oversees both new custom builds and complex remodeling projects, bringing a solutions-focused approach and strong on-site leadership to every job.
The son of Jeff and Linda McNeely, Jeremy grew up immersed in the world of custom homebuilding. Today, he is known for his exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to keep projects on track—on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. He coordinates teams and trades efficiently while maintaining a safe and productive work environment, ensuring that each home reflects the craftsmanship and care that define the McNeely name.
